A 70-year-old woman presents with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and a new right breast mammographic mass.
Physical Examination
• breasts: no palpable masses
• bilateral palpable cervical, axillary, and inguinal adenopathy
Mammogram

• margin: indistinct
• shape: irregular
• density: equal density
