Case History
A 70-year old-woman, who is 9 years status post-right lumpectomy and radiation therapy, presents with increasing calcifications in the lumpectomy site.
Physical Examination
• right breast: well-healed right upper breast scar; no new masses
• left breast: normal exam

• type: dystrophic
• distribution: grouped/clustered
