Slight focal concentration of FDG in the left breast and ipsilateral axillary area, SUVmax = 2.2, this element is to be referred to post-surgical scar remodeling. No areas of abnormal metabolism in the remaining parts of the body examined. See Fig. 43.1.
43.4 Conclusions
The PET scan shows positive metabolic response to chemotherapy of hepatic lesions, documented by previous CT scans and reported in history.
A close follow-up with CT-PET or contrast-enhanced CT is advisable at 3 months. See Fig. 43.2.
