In the celiac region adjacent to the portal trunk, at the level of the surgical area, CT-PET shows the presence of solid inhomogeneous tissue, which surrounds some metal clips, characterized by modest increase in the metabolism of glucose. This element is doubtful for locoregional recurrence of disease; nonspecific activation scar (granuloma) cannot be ruled out, though
