The CT scan shows marked thickening of tissue in the left groin and ipsilateral thigh (arrow). There were no focal nodular changes. Absence of lymphadenopathy. At the PET scan, widespread increase of the deposition of glucose to the soft tissues of the lower left (arrow) by edema secondary to altered lymphatic drainage
