Figure 74A: PA chest film shows bilateral symmetric mostly central parenchymal opacities without pleural effusion.

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS

Multifocal pneumonia, multifocal well-differentiated adenocarcinoma, sarcoidosis, pulmonary hemorrhage caused by granulomatosis with polyangiitis.
