Axial NECT of an asymptomatic man with tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica shows multifocal calcified mural nodules image on the anterior and lateral tracheal walls that spare the posterior trachea.






Coronal NECT images of a patient with tracheopathia osteochondroplastica show multiple small tracheal nodules that produce luminal narrowing image and exhibit calcification image on soft tissue window.
