EGDS was repeated and the biopsy showed an undifferentiated adenocarcinoma.

Definitive diagnosis: 30 years after gastrectomy, this patient developed a tumor on the stump of the stomach that has infiltrated the transverse colon and resulted in a peritoneal carcinomatosis.
