CASE 136 A 70-year-old man with a history of anterior cerebral artery aneurysm has a new onset of seizures. The patient is unresponsive. • A 20 mCi dose of 99mTc-DTPA is administered as a rapid intravenous bolus. • Use a high-resolution collimator. • Patient position: anterior with top of skull just below the top of the field of view.
