CASE 147 A 65-year-old man with a known history of lymphoma presents with a painless enlargement of his right testis. Ultrasound images of the right scrotum (Fig. 147.1) show an enlarged right testicle with an ill-defined hypoechoic lesion involving the testicular parenchyma and associated with increased Doppler flow. Testicular lymphoma Testicular lymphoma constitutes 1 to 9% of all testicular tumors and is the most common tumor in men between the ages of 60 and 80. Bilateral involvement is rare.
