54-year old man with fatigue developing nine months after renal transplantation


image Radiologic Findings


Unenhanced composite chest CT (lung window) (Fig. 191.1) demonstrates multi-focal nodules and masses that are peribronchovascular (left image) and subpleural (middle and right images) in distribution.

• Bacterial or Fungal Pneumonia


• Cryptogenic Organizing Pneumonia (COP)
