28-year-old man with acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and neutropenia and recent non-productive cough, fever, and headache following bone marrow transplantation


image Radiologic Findings


Unenhanced HRCT (lung window) (Figs. 68.1A, 68.1B) demonstrates profuse bilateral patchy nodular centrilobular ground glass opacities and scattered reticular opacities

Cytomegalovirus Pneumonia
