Indication: Monitoring following carcinoma of the right breast.
History: Mastectomy and reconstruction surgery 5 years previously.
Risk profile: Increased by previous instance of breast cancer.
Age: 44 years.

Clinical Findings
Normal mastectomy scar and implant in the right breast. No other unusual findings at inspection and palpation.
