39-year-old man involved in a high-speed motor vehicle collision


image Radiologic Findings


Chest CT (Fig. 90.1) (lung window) demonstrates a focal intercostal herniation of the anterolateral right upper lobe (arrow). The hernia was subsequently reduced at surgery.
