Any physician actively performing endovascular procedures has experienced complications at some point or another. Some of us have even lost patients to complications encountered during treatments. The lively and emotional discussions at morbidity and mortality (M&M) sessions show that in many cases it just needs a good idea from someone else to overcome an acute problem.
