Clinical Presentation
Two cases presented to the emergency department following motor vehicle accidents. The first, a C3 paraplegic, sustained an injury when his car crashed down a 300-m embankment (Figs. 105A–105M); the second was a windshield impact injury (Figs. 105N–105S).
